Seeing (and especially Hearing) my son playing on his toy musical instruments, I had the idea of real music being played on those toys. The children, already familiar with their particular sounds, would be attracted to the melodies thus being played. It took me a year to convince Robert Lafond - composer, arranger and producer - to try the idea. Finally, he rearranged Mozart's "Rondo alla Turca (Piano sonata K 331)" for the toys I had bought (just for him!). The reaction was instantaneous: the kids loved it. Manu (my 5 years old son) even asked me if he was able to do Beatles' songs - so we added them to the program.
